THE GREAT PYRAMID - EGYPT
Egyptian Pyramids served as tombs for Kings and Queens, but they were also places of ongoing religious activity. The Great Pyramid is the tomb of King Khufu. It was built during Khufu's reign (2551BC-2528BC).The height is 146.7m (481.4ft). The block used in the pyramid are large (2.5 tons).
